Return and refund policy
Our merchandise is made to order. We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges for a different size or color, or returns because the size you selected does not fit, except where required by applicable law. Please review product details and size charts before ordering.
Report a problem
Email info@apologiacenter.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant. Please contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, to help us investigate. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be submitted within 180 days of delivery. The 7-day recommendation does not remove your eligibility within that period or any rights provided by law.
Refunds and replacements
We will review your claim and arrange a refund or replacement for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and explain any shipping arrangements before you send anything. Do not send merchandise to our business mailing address or to a production facility without our instructions. A physical return may not be required for every approved claim.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact info@apologiacenter.com if you need help with an approved refund.
Missing orders
If tracking shows a delivery problem or your order has not arrived, email info@apologiacenter.com so we can investigate with the fulfillment and shipping providers.
Changes and cancellations
Contact info@apologiacenter.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or cancellation and withdrawal rights that apply under the laws governing your purchase.
